ARRIVA are the latest bus company to introduce changes to their services.

These changes are not for the better.

I live in Horden and currently I can travel to Sunderland by bus in 35 minutes.

When the new timetable is introduced it will take one hour to travel to Sunderland.

That is an extra 25 minutes or 50 minutes for a return trip.

How will this attract passengers back on to the buses if passenger numbers dwindle?.
