SO the council decides to close Falcon Road when in fact the vast majority of people responding to surveys categorically indicate a wish to keep this vital means of ingress and egress, one of only three access routes to the biggest estate in Hartlepool, open?
Yes, quality of life is an issue of paramount importance. So what about the quality of life of every other resident of Bishop Cuthbert.

Will the council now attempt to make Arncliffe Gardens, The Grove and numerous other extremely busy thoroughfares "cul de sacs, one-way or no-go areas" – I think not.
