AN artist who has lived in Hartlepool for more than 40 years is to have his work on show in the town.
Stanley Davison, who is originally from Dumbarton, near Glasgow, will have an exhibit titled Thoughts,Memories, Dreams and Observations at Hartlepool Art Gallery in Church Square.
It starts on Saturday, January 12, next year and runs until Saturday, March 16.
The Headland artist’s work is influenced by the people, places and life in Hartlepool. The styles on show will include works made by oils to scratching of knives.
Topics include Scarborough beach, graveyards, pathways and trees.
