EVERYBODY has an opinion about alcohol.
After all, 90 per cent of the adult UK population drink it.
On the one hand it can lubricate the smooth-running of our social lives.
On the other, excess consumption can result in anti-social behaviour, crime and serious health problems.
So what do you think about the use or misuse debate? Here's your chance to get involved.

Your views are as valid as the next person's. We want to hear them.
