ORGANISERS of one of Hartlepool’s biggest annual beer festivals are appealing for sponsors to help make this year’s event another big success.

The Hartlepool Round Table Beer Festival will be held at the Borough Hall on the Headland on October 11 and 12.

It will bring together over 50 hand-picked real ales, including Britain’s best-known beers and rare ales from small micro-breweries.

Last year, the festival raised £12,000 for local charities.

Hartlepool Round Table are currently looking for businesses and individuals to sponsor barrels.

There are £100 and £55 packages which will see the sponsor’s details included on barrel, Hartlepool Round Table’s website and in the programme plus tickets to the festival on a night of their choice.

All proceeds raised will go towards local charities and causes, which will be announced on at the start of the festival.
