Have your say

MIKE Wilkinson is a dab hand at capturing colourful scenes of the North-East.

The 29-year-old, who has lived in Hartlepool all his life, and currently works for the Expanded Metal Company, has sent us this great selection of atmospheric images.

Mike studied photography at college and university. He has set up a Facebook page of his work. He said: “I am primarily a landscape photographer, but also do portraits and weddings.”

His selection of images provided to us includes scenes of Durham and Penshaw Monument.

We would love to hear from more people willing to have their work published.

* Would you like to have your work featured in the Hartlepool Mail?

If so, we would be delighted to hear from you. We want pictures on any theme, whether it’s landscapes or portraits, events or wildlife. All you have to do is send an email with details about yourself such as your age, name and background on your family, occupation, interests and hobbies – plus a photograph of yourself. Also, send us nine or 10 examples of your photography work and we will make sure you get the publicity your efforts deserve. So come on you talented lot.
