TALENTED students are showing off their work during a week-long display.

Students studying the BA (Hons) degree in textiles and surface design at Cleveland College of Art and Design, in Church Square, Hartlepool, are showcasing their creative work.

The college held an exclusive preview evening and now people are urged to go and enjoy the free display at the Hartlepool Art Gallery, also in Church Square.

A college spokesman said: “The work on display ranges from innovative surface design and designer-made products, fashion fabrics and accessories, to contemporary interior furnishing designs for fabrics and wallpapers.

“Students will also exhibit textile artwork, drawings and sketchbooks.”

The work will be displayed until this Saturday.

The gallery is open from 10am to 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday and is closed on a Sunday and Monday.
