The popular annual event was held on Saturday and Sunday at Hartlepool College of Further Education, in Stockton Street, with hundreds of people from across the region heading through the doors.

Organisers arranged more than two dozen layouts for rail and model enthusiasts to enjoy at the exhibition, while visitors also enjoyed a range of traders and model manufacturers.

Specialist demonstrators from around the region also headed into town to share their expertise.

The popular annual show, which was held at the same venue last year, is organised by Hartlepool Model Rail Group in partnership with the national publication Hornby Magazine.
