BACK-from-the-dead canoeist John Darwin and his wife Anne will appear at crown court next week to face fraud charges.
The pair are at Leeds Crown Court on Thursday to enter their plea.

Between them they face charges of obtaining money by deception, while 57-year-old Mr Darwin also faces a charge of making false statements to get a passport.

The Darwins, of Seaton Carew, have been remanded in custody since their last court appearance before magistrates in Hartlepool.
