A RACIST thug who swung punches and hurled abuse at pizza shop staff because they put garlic sauce on his kebab has had his case adjourned.
Ian George Thompson was due to be sentenced for racially aggravated threatening behaviour at the Milano Pizza shop, in Murray Street, Hartlepool.

He was also due to be punished for admitting breaching the conditions of an Asbo which was imposed in August.

But a psychiatric pre-sentence report had not been completed so the case was adjourned until Monday, December 15.

The 36-year-old, of Derwent Street, was released on conditional bail until that time.
