A MAN accused of threatening to burn down a woman's house has had his case sent to crown court.
Dale Robertson, 34, is charged with threatening to burn down the home of Elizabeth Grazier on September 12.

Robertson did not enter a plea during a brief hearing at Hartlepool Magistrates' Court, where town justices committed the case to go before Teesside Crown Court.

A date has yet to be fixed for his next court appearance.

Robertson, of Chaucer Avenue, Hartlepool, was granted bail on the condition he does not have any contact with prosecution witnesses.
