A TEENAGER has tragically died after suffering a suspected asthma attack.
Liam Keenan, 19, was pronounced dead at his home in Dowson Road, in the West View area of Hartlepool.
A tribute page has been set up on social networking site Facebook, which has been inundated with messages from family and friends devastated by his sudden death.

Emergency services rushed to the home Liam shares with his parents, Pamela and Danny, at around 7pm on Monday.
Despite paramedics’ desperate attempts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death of the former pupil of St John Vianney Primary School and English Martyrs Secondary School, who has a brother called Danny and a sister called Kelly, has left the West View community in shock.
One family friend said: “It was an asthma attack, the paramedics couldn’t do anything for him.”
Another family friend who had known Liam since he was a baby, said: “He was a quiet kid, a nice lad and well-liked.
“He was into his music.
“He was a lovely lad and happy-go-lucky, I never heard anybody say a wrong word about him.
“Everyone is in shock.”
The friend, who did not wish to be named, added: “It’s shocking, he has had no life really at 19, he was just starting out and had the rest of his life to look forward to.
“It’s a crying shame, just so sad.”
Tributes to the popular teen flooded into Facebook.
One mourner said: “Sleep tight Liam, party in heaven soldier. We‘ll all see you on the other side xxxxxxxxxxxx.”
Another wrote: “R.I.P 2 Liam Keenan who lost his life suddenly bless his family n friends may god show u the way prince R.I.P m8 always a warrior m8 xxx pass this on 2 show ur respect add a heart.”
Another tribute said: “RIP Liam Keenan! It’s true what they say, God only takes the best.. jeeez don’t know what’s round the corner anymore :(”

Another well-wisher, who did not know Liam, said: “RIP Liam. I never knew you but anyone with a heart would pay their respects because by the posts on here you were a great lad to be around.
“You’ll never been forgotten by a lot of people and you’ll always be sadly missed xx.”
A spokeswoman for the North East Ambulance Service said: “We took a call to Dowson Road at 7.03pm and an ambulance and rapid response paramedic vehicle arrived at 7.12pm.
“The casualty was a 19-year-old male and we had reports that the patient had suffered an asthma attack.
“Unfortunately, he died at the scene.”
A Cleveland Police spokeswoman said: “Officers were called to reports of a sudden death of a 19-year-old man at an address in Dowson Road, in Hartlepool, around 8pm on Monday.
“He was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Police are not treating the death as suspicious at this stage however a post-mortem examination is due to take place.”
