MUMS and young children enjoyed some quality time at a popular library event.

Parents with children under two joined in the latest Baby Babble session at Hartlepool Central Library, in York Road, Hartlepool.

It is held weekly and gives families with babies a chance to have fun with stories, rhymes, music and crafts.

Visitors to the children’s section will soon be greeted by brighter surroundings as the area is being decorated.

The Baby Babble takes place at the library every Wednesday between 1.30pm and 2.30pm and is freeIt is one of several events provided for children aged under five.
