A SITE manager has been placed among the best in the country after celebrating a treble awards triumph.
Bett Homes’ site manager Chris Forster has been recognised as one of the UK’s top 400 site managers at the National House Building Council’s (NHBC) Pride in the Job Awards.
The awards recognise quality in the national home building industry and Chris, 40, who is based at the Saxon Park development in Peterlee, has been given a Seal of Excellence award for his outstanding efforts at the east Durham site.
Chris, from Chester-le-Street, said: “I’m absolutely delighted to have won this award three years in a row.
“It’s great to know that I have been able to maintain the standards set by the NHBC year-on-year.
“Winning the awards show that the team at Saxon Park have accomplished exceptional standards over the course of the development and highlights their dedication to delivering the best.
“Although the award is presented to me, it reflects upon the ability and commitment of everyone who worked on the site.”
Chris had to demonstrate to NHBC inspectors that he is able to motivate his team to achieve constantly high standards throughout Saxon Park, helping ensure that the finished product exceeds homebuyers’ expectations.
Frank Lincoln, operations director at Bett Homes, said: “We are extremely proud of Chris for achieving this prestigious award for three successive years.”
