Believing in a future with reduced stress

Anne Kennedy

Anne Kennedy

A MASTER hypnotherapist is offering advice for Hartlepool people to build their self-belief.

Town woman and entrepreneur Anne Kennedy, 55, from the Grange Road area, has set up Lifestyle NLP which she runs from a unit in the Hartlepool Enterprise Centre, in Brougham Terrace.

Now she is hoping to pass on her techniques to other people in sessions she plans to hold on Sundays both this month and next.

People can attend classes starting at 2pm on the Sundays of November 11, 18, 25, and December 2, 9 and 16.

The married mother-of-one said the introduction to hynotherapy would help people to eliminate stress, anxiety and phobias, as well as tackling weight control, and quitting smoking.

Her clients would also get help to tackle problems such as insomnia and trauma.

She said the sessions would help people to “transform their lives”, especially over the festive holidays when people would set themselves targets.

But she added: “They set the same ones every year. How will they feel when they fail them again?

“This will look at what the significant emotional events are in their world and how to resolve them.

“I am planning to run awareness sessions that introduce people to hypnotherapy, to help people transform their lives.

Anne established Lifestyle NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) ten months ago. Before then, she worked as an HR manager and director and “got introduced to NLP”.

She added: “Once I got interested, I realised there was a better way for me to do things.

“I realised I could be better than I was and I could be the best that I wanted to be.

“Going through the process myself, I realised that I got pleasure from helping others be successful.”
