A HARTLEPOOL man has returned to an interior design firm after completing his university studies.

Paul Hind, 35, originally joined Fluid Design Solutions in 2002, but then decided to go back to Northumbria University where he completed a MSc in construction project management.

He achieved distinctions in most of his assignments and is now back at the Newcastle firm which specialises in interior design for bars, pubs, nightclubs and coffee houses.

Paul said he was “pleased to be back” and praised Fluid for giving him challenging projects to work on.

He added: “I believe that the knowledge and skills I have picked up through my masters degree work has a close synergy with interior design and will significantly benefit the projects I am working on.”

His latest task is an interior design scheme called the Barluga Deli project in Morpeth. It will open next month.

David King, director of Fluid Design Solutions, said: “Having Paul back on our team is a real asset to the high quality service we can provide, and the new expertise he brings will add value to his current projects. Paul has always displayed undisputed passion for great design in the world of leisure and retail and I am confident that he will continue to do so on future schemes.”
