AN OFFICE complex on a business park is proving so popular with small firms that it is struggling to keep pace with demand - even after undergoing expansion.

Bosses at Wynyard Park are now encouraging companies to get in touch as soon as possible ahead of further office space being created.

The original 10,000 square foot site is now fully let and the first six units created as part of a 5,000 square foot expansion were snapped up in just days.

Companies can now pre-let space which is being made available so the offices can be designed to suit the firms’ own individual specifications.

Matt Johnson, Wynyard Park Ltd’s development manager, said: “Following on from the success of the original serviced office scheme which is fully let with over 12 tenants, it is a tremendous achievement to have let these latest offices let so quickly given the difficult and challenging economic times.

Companies signing up to the office scheme benefit from a package including rent, rates, service charges, reception support, furniture, telephone lines and internet connection.

Firms also all have access to a conference centre and bistro.
