Bakery giants Greggs is serving up a Hartlepool store revamp - to offer an even faster food experience for customers.
The national retail chain has completed an overhaul of its branch in Belle Vue Way in Hartlepool to help meet the demands of residents 'on-the-go'.
The shop has re-opened as one of the business’s new-look food-on-the-go outlets.
The new-look shop has been redesigned to meet the demands of busy shoppers, who typically purchase food to be eaten at their convenience rather than to be taken home.
The shop layout aims to offer customers a great shopping experience with lots of space for browsing the product ranges.
Seating and free Wi-Fi is now also available for customers who wish to relax and enjoy their purchases inside the shop.
Customers can enjoy Greggs favourites such as the iconic Greggs sausage roll, jam doughnut, Greggs Yum Yum, as well as other savouries and sandwiches which will be freshly prepared throughout the day. Seasonal ranges will also be available.
Wendy Bradley, shop manager at Greggs in Belle Vue Neighbourhood said: “I am very proud to be managing this new-look shop and the shop team are looking forward to hearing what the local community think of the new look.”
Raymond Reynolds, retail director for Greggs, said: “We are delighted to be able to invest in Hartlepool and provide our valued customers with a modern and comfortable upgrade to the shop. This underlines our long-term commitment to the area and I’m sure it will be enjoyed by existing and new customers alike.”
