KEYS TO SUCCESS: You could win a FREE office

Waiting for Video...

HAVE you got a cracking business or a great idea for one - and all you need is the kickstart to get it growing?

Your dreams could be answered in a competition to win your own office.

The Hartlepool Mail has teamed up with UK Steel Enterprise - the business support subsidiary of Tata Steel - to offer one entrant a state-of-the-art business unit which is ready to move into.

Imagine it. You could be picking up the keys to an office in Hub Two at the Innovation Centre, on the Queens Meadow Business Park in Hartlepool. It just needs you to walk in and start shaping your dream.

Our Key To Success contest is open for entries now and runs for eight weeks.

After that, the judges will start sifting through the entries before choosing one lucky winner.

They will pick up a prize worth £5000 in rent and rates alone.

And that’s not including the cost of walking straight into a fully equipped office, complete with modern chairs, desks, lighting and accessories.

Our winner will also get the free use of all the Centre’s shared facilities from a manned reception area and meeting rooms to a kitchen and a gym, and much more besides.

In fact, this is a budding entrepreneur’s dream come true.

The winner could be a business just starting, in its early days or ready for expansion.

It could be run by an individual(s) from a range of circumstances - someone who already has business experience; a young person with limited capital or someone older wanting to use their redundancy money to take the plunge into self-employment.

Peter Taylor, the Area Manager for UKSE, said: “New and small businesses with real potential to grow have such an important part to play in creating the jobs and wealth needed to boost the economy of towns like Hartlepool and the Northern region as a whole.

“They can often find it hard to access finance and premises at really vital times in their development and UKSE’s aim is to help them through those hurdles.

“We wanted to start 2014 by giving one business a special opportunity. We are all looking forward to welcoming the winner to the Innovation Centre and helping them follow in the footsteps of many other successful UKSE-supported businesses.”

Entry for the competition is open now. Get in touch by emailing chris.cordner@jpress.co.uk
