A law firm based in Hartlepool has taken on a new recruit to help deal with a growing number of clients.
Kirby Owens has joined Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors’ Personal Injury team. Kirby graduated in 2010, having completed the four year LLB (Hons) Law Exempting degree at Northumbria University. She has since gained more than two years’ legal experience, with most of it in personal injury work.
She said: “Joining Tilly Bailey & Irvine Solicitors is ideal. The firm’s personal injury department is well-respected in the region, but the team remains small enough for me to be able to make a difference through my work. I’m already working closely with clients and able to provide them with any guidance needed.
“Clients seeking Personal Injury advice are often going through testing and stressful times, and it’s important to me that I can be available when they need reassurance.”
Kirby, 25, lives in Sunderland. Outside of work, she enjoys sports including water sports and skiing. She also regularly fundraises for local charity, the Toma Fund, which supports children undergoing treatment for cancer.
Most recently she completed a sky dive in aid of the charity.
