DELEGATES have one last chance to network as the Hartlepool Business Forum’s monthly meetings draw to a close.

The April event at Hartlepool College of Further Education takes place on Thursday, April 18.

For the first time, forum officials will join up with representatives of both Hartlepool College of Further Education and Cleveland College of Art and Design for a meeting to start at 5.15pm.

Further details will be revealed soon.

In the meantime, delegates at the March meeting of the forum got to hear from guest speakers including Samantha Lee from Publicity Seekers and Pamela Hargreaves from Hartlepool firm Xivvi Ltd, and who was also one of the founders of the Hartlepool female-only networking group Women What Do.

They talked on a theme of social media and how businesses can benefit from it.

There was also a chance for delegates to network and enjoy a buffet.

After the April meeting, the forum’s season comes to its annual glittering finale with the Hartlepool Business Awards which will be held at the Borough Hall on Thursday, May 16.
