BUSINESSES across the Tees Valley are being asked to help gauge the health of the local economy.
The regeneration group Tees Valley Unlimited has launched an online survey so it can prioritise the actions it needs to take.
TVU managing director Stephen Catchpole said: “The economy of the Tees Valley is changing and our business community has had to adapt.
“We want to know how businesses are diversifying, evolving or indeed needing support so we can prioritise our actions and look to create the right opportunities for growth.”
An online survey has been launched to collate the views, ideas and ambitions of the private sector and organisers hope companies across all industries will participate.
Mr Catchpole added: “We know that financially times are still difficult and businesses, regardless of size, face enormous pressures on a daily basis.
“But we are keen to identify access to support, facilitate supply chain growth and assist with an introduction to new markets.”
The information collected will be used to provide key messages to be communicated to central Government and key decision makers.
The final report will be communicated to all participants.
The survey is available online until the end of March and can be found at www.teesvalleyunlimited.gov.uk
