Networking has taken on a tasty twist in Hartlepool.

The town’s branch of the Federation of Small Businesses is holding a regular programme of events called Curry and Conversation.

The FSB Curry and Conversation events are a great opportunity for businesses in Hartlepool to meet each other and explore how they might do business together. They are relaxed and informal and are open to businesses in any sector and of any size

They involve entrepreneurs getting together for a chat, while enjoying a curry.

The next meeting of the FSB branch will be held on June 16 at One77 in York Road, starting at 5.30pm and lasting until around 7pm.

Branch chairman Pamela Hargreaves said: “The FSB Curry and Conversation events are a great opportunity for businesses in Hartlepool to meet each other and explore how they might do business together.

“They are relaxed and informal and are open to businesses in any sector and of any size.”

Organisers of Curry and Conversation started up the new programme because they feel many town businesses rarely get a chance to meet up with fellow entrepreneurs, but this is an opportunity to meet potential contacts who could help their business to grow.
