A BUSINESS summit which attracts hundreds of visitors is back again and Hartlepool firms are being urged to sign up.
The Tees Valley Business Summit, hosted by Tees Valley Unlimited, will be held Wednesday, July 9.
Bookings are being taken for exhibition stands. The event will feature seminars, workshops, one-to-one advice meetings and networking opportunities.
TVU managing director Stephen Catchpole said: “Tees Valley Business Summit has proved to be an efficient and effective way for businesses to raise their profile, generate new business leads and tap into expert knowledge on how to develop and grow their business.
“The 2014 summit will build on previous ones and will be even more informative, interactive and beneficial to businesses large and small.”
Up to 600 companies are expected at the event which will be held at Teesside University’s Olympia Building in Middlesbrough.
Its features will include;
l An exhibition showcasing businesses and their key supporters. More than 80 leading organisations are expected to be there.
l A conference with keynote speakers who will be announced soon. It will also discuss how entrepreneurs can improve their businesses.
l A chance to network with other businesses.
There will also be seminars and workshops which will be interactive and will focus on topical themes. PD Ports, Teesside University and UKTI have already confirmed they will be sponsoring the summit which is also being supported by Government Regional Growth Fund.
