CAN you tell one butterfly from the next?
If the answer is no, an event at an RSPB reserve near Hartlepool could be just for you.
A butterfly awareness day is planned at Saltholme on the Seaton Carew Road on Saturday.
Five hours of informative fun starts at 10.30am and officials say they want the public to come along and help them celebrate National Butterfly Awareness and Education Day.
As well as a chance to see what butterflies they can spot on the reserve, people can also make a butterfly feeder.
The cost of taking part is £2 per person, or free to anyone who is a member of the RSPB.
