WHAT a line-up. But we want more.

Top-class entrants have already put their names into the hat for the Keys To Success competition, run by the Hartlepool Mail in conjunction with UK Steel Enterprise, the business subsidiary of Tata Steel.

One lucky entrant will get to win a 200 sq ft office, spacious enough to accommodate three people. It is already furnished with office desks, chairs and accessories and the lucky winner will pay no rent, rates, lighting or heating bills for 12 months.

The fantastic office is based within Hub Two of the Innovation Centre on the Queens Meadow Business Park in Hartlepool.

Keen entrepreneurs have already put their names in the hat and not just from Hartlepool. We’ve had interest from all over the country.

Now there’s little over a month left for people to put themselves in the running and join an impressive list of companies already operating out of Hub Two.

Businesses involved in everything from haulage, engineering, recruitment and energy to construction, website design and health are now based in Hub Two.

UK Steel Enterprise supports businesses with finance packages, ranging from a few thousand pounds to £750,000, and quality premises to help them create jobs and wealth in steel areas.

Since it started in 1975 UKSE has invested more than £17m in the Northern region, supporting around 1100 companies and investing a further £12m developing its modern, high quality Innovation Centres at Hartlepool and Redcar.

More than 16,000 jobs have been created.

The aim of the competition is to give a business that has real potential to grow a boost.

UK Steel Enterprise, the Tata Steel subsidiary that supports businesses in steel areas with finance and premises, has joined up with the Hartlepool Mail.

All the facilities of the multi-million pound centre from well equipped meeting rooms, one of the highest broadband speeds in the region at 100 Mbps, 24 hour access, high security, free parking, a manned reception area, air conditioning, a fitness centre and landscaped grounds will be on tap for the new tenant.

We want more firms to enter Keys To Success.
