FIRMS with green
credentials - and with their mind on technology - would be ideally suited for the new
Keys To Success competition.

Our Hartlepool Mail link-up with UK Steel Enterprise is now well under way.

We are offering one competition entrant a state-of-the-art business unit for a year. It is ready to move in to, within Hub Two at the Innovation Centre, on the Queens Meadow Business Park in Hartlepool.

It comes complete with modern chairs, desks, lighting and accessories.

It also has one of the fastest Internet connections in the region with a speed of 100 Mbps giving tenants the speed; high data allowance and download capabilities that modern businesses need.

It is based in an environmentally-friendly building that brings health benefits to people who work there.

There is intelligent lighting in all offices reacts to natural daylight reducing chances of eye and other health problems; 180 solar panels, more than any other building in Hartlepool; an economical water system that re-uses collected rainwater; a charger for electric vehicles in the car park and a Zero Waste to Landfill Certificate.

The Hartlepool Mail has teamed up with UK Steel Enterprise - the business support subsidiary of Tata Steel - to offer one entrant a state-of-the-art business unit.

Imagine it. You could be picking up the keys to an office which just needs you to walk in and start shaping your dream.

Our Key To Success contest is open for entries now and runs for eight weeks.

After that, the judges will start sifting through the entries before choosing one lucky winner.

They will pick up a prize worth £5,000 in rent and rates alone.

Sarah Thorpe, the UK Steel Enterprise regional executive for the North, said: “The value of the prize speaks for itself.

“This building offers you an on-site reception, 24-hour security and the building is state-of-the-art.

“If you are seeing your business from an environmental angle, this could be a really good office to have.

“Some of the feedback we get from tenants is that the broadband speed is the fastest in the area, but there are a lot of other advantages as well.”

All it needs now is for
entrants to start putting themselves forward. Get in touch with Chris Cordner by phoning (01429) 239377 or emailing
