The Hartlepool Mail has teamed up with UK Steel Enterprise - the business support subsidiary of Tata Steel - to offer one entrant a state-of-the-art business unit.
Imagine it. You could be picking up the keys to an office which just needs you to walk in and start shaping your dream.
Our Key To Success contest is open for entries now and runs for eight weeks.
After that, the judges will start sifting through the entries before choosing one lucky winner.
They will pick up a prize worth £5,000 in rent and rates alone.
Sarah Thorpe, the UK Steel Enterprise regional executive for the North, said: “The value of the prize speaks for itself.
“This building offers you an on-site reception, 24-hour security and the building is state-of-the-art.
“If you are seeing your business from an environmental angle, this could be a really good office to have.
“Some of the feedback we get from tenants is that the broadband speed is the fastest in the area, but there are a lot of other advantages as well.”
All it needs now is for entrants to start putting themselves forward. Get in touch with Chris Cordner by phoning (01429) 239377 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
