TWO men were due before magistrates this morning following a drugs swoop.
Police said the men, aged 44 and 37, have been charged with conspiracy to supply class A cocaine, conspiracy to supply class B amphetamine and production of a class B drug.
A third man is still being quizzed by detectives at Hartlepool Police Station.
Police yesterday swooped on the premises run by cab company HODA 26 and searched its offices and parked cars in Mainsforth Terrace, Hartlepool.
As well as targeting the premises of the taxi business, they also visited four houses in the town’s Relton Way, Lynmouth Walk, Gibson Grove and Sheriff Street.
The properties were searched by officers and a sniffer dog.
The raids were led by Detective Inspector John Chapman and Detective Sergeant Daryl Tomlinson, both of Hartlepool Police.
The two men were due to appear at Hartlepool Magistrates’ Court earlier today.
