CATERING firm bosses just can’t wait to get a slice of the Hartlepool Mail Sports Awards action.

Cleveland Caterers will be providing the sumptuous fare for the inaugural awards which will be held in early October.

And they are no strangers to backing big projects in town.

They were the firm involved in the Pride of Hartlepool awards and also provide the wedding breakfast for the winners of the Hartlepool Mail Bride of the Year competition, run in association with Robert Usher Photography.

Proprietor Stephen Connolly said: “We are always keen to be involved in anything that supports the town.”

The company is also delighted to be involved in an event which heralds the best in the Hartlepool sporting world.

Cleveland Caterers can cater for any occasion whether it is weddings, christenings, birthdays, or corporate events.

And they do it with the style and assurance which comes from the experience of more than 30 years in business. Eight full-time staff work at the Cleveland Caterers base at Hartlepool’s Maritime Experience.

The company handles between 40 and 50 weddings a year as well as other occasions.

People have until September 13 to put forward their favourites in the Hartlepool sporting world.

Whether it’s grass roots stars to those excelling at an international level, we want to include them all.
