The following cases were dealt with at Hartlepool Magistrates’ Court.
Kirsty Robinson, 26, of Warren Road, Hartlepool, was given a 12-month community order, with a 15-day rehabilitation activity requirement, after admitting being in possession of a small multi-folding knife in Middleton Grange, Shopping Centre, in Hartlepool, on February 25 and further offences of the theft of cosmetics to the value of £34.94 from Wilko stores in the town, two ladies tops from Peacocks, also in Hartlepool, both on February 25.
Paul Williams, 30, of Weldeck Road, Hartlepool, was fined £440 after being found guilty of being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Victoria Road in Hartlepool, on December 26.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £120 and a £44 victim surcharge.
Shay Rowbotham, 18, of Malcolm Road, Hartlepool, was given a two-year restraining order after being convicted of two counts of damaging the wing mirror of a Vauxhall Astra car, on December 6 and December 29 respectively.
He was also ordered to pay compensation of £190 and prosecution costs of £200.
Paul Willingham, 25, of St Abbs Walk, Hartlepool, was fined £35 after admitting breaching a community order by being absent from a specified place of curfew on March 11.
Glenda Taylor, 43, of Templeton Close, Hartlepool, was banned from driving for 3 years and fined £110 for driving with excess alcohol in Westwood Way, Hartlepool on March 31.
She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge.
