YOUNGSTERS got into the festive spirit and enjoyed a series of Christmas crafts sessions throughout this month.
Staff at Headland Library, in Middlegate, Hartlepool, helped children count down to the big day by organising weekly fun events in December.
Youngsters showed off their creative skills as they designed a pop-up Santa, 3D snowman cards and made their own angels.
Staff at the library regularly organise events during school holiday periods to keep youngsters busy.
Meanwhile, children under five years old can enjoy a read and rhyme crafts session at the library every Friday from 2pm.
The session is free of charge.
