11 Hartlepool crooks who ended up before magistrates

The following people have been dealt with by Hartlepool magistrates. All addresses are Hartlepool unless otherwise stated:

Mr Brian Boyes, 45, of Faulder Walk, was fined £40 for assault.

John Tyers Halse, 45, c/o 124 Seaton Lane, was fined £40 for breach of a community order.

Christopher David Healey, 32, of Stephen Street, was jailed for eight weeks for attempted burglary.

Courtney Hodgson, 18, of Berwick Street, was fined £40 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.

Sean Thomas Doherty, 32, of Church Street, was made subject to a year’s community order with a six-week curfew for theft and breach of bail.

Leslie Christopher Dowson, 41, St Oswalds Street, was made subject to a 10-week curfew and banned for 18 months for driving with an excess of a controlled drug in his system.

Louise Gowland, 39, of Devon Street, was made subject to a year’s community order for theft and breach of a conditional discharge.

Daniel Rowbotham, 34, of Mapleton Road, was given a year’s conditional discharge for theft.

Paul Barnett, 36, of Throston Grange Lane, was made subject to a year’s community order with a six-week curfew and ordered to pay £540 compensation for theft.

Mark Stanley Harrison, 38, of Baden Street,made subject to a six-week curfew and ordered to pay £200 compensation for attempted burglary.

Kieran Johnson, 23, of Dent Street, was given a year’s conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation for assaulting a police officer in the execution of his duty.
