Four arrested after cocaine, heroin and cannabis are found at Hartlepool house

Four men have been arrested after Class A and B drugs were found at a house in Hartlepool.

On Friday, officers executed a misuse of drugs warrant at a house in Wynyard Mews in the town.

Cleveland Police says wraps of what is believed to be crack cocaine, a large quantity of heroin and a large quantity of cannabis were found.

The four men arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs have been interviewed and bailed pending further enquiries.

A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police said: “On Friday, February 17, at 2.30pm a misuse of drugs warrant was executed at an address in Wynyard Mews, Hartlepool.

“A quantity of individual wraps of what is believed to be crack cocaine, a large quantity of what is believed to be heroin and a large quantity of cannabis was recovered from the address.

“Four local men, aged 41, 37, 31 and 29 were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs.

“All have been interviewed and bailed until 31st March pending further enquiries.

Police also say they have received a lot of intelligence in relation to the supply of controlled drugs in this area and anyone with any information on drug supply in Wynyard Mews area is asked to contact PC Ian Raine at Cleveland Police on 101 or Crimestoppers confidentially on 0800 555 111.
