Hartlepool is remembering those who died in the Paris terror attacks today.

Council staff and buildings have been taking part in a minute​’s silence which was being held across Europe at 11am.

As a mark of respect and expression of solidarity, all Whitehall government departments have lowered their Union Flags to half-mast.
