Police appeal after man stabbed in the head in Billingham

POLICE are appealing for information after a 34-year-old man was left seriously injured after being stabbed in the head.

The man was on Brendan Crescent, in Billingham, at 1.45am on Saturday, January 17, when he was attacked.

He was taken to The University Hospital of North Tees, in Stockton, where he received treatment for his injury.

His attacker is described as a white man, 5ft 9in-tall and was wearing a light blue Adidas hoody, with the emblem and lettering in white.
