Police have appealed for help to find two teenager boys who subjected a girl to a degrading attack.

The victim, aged just 13, was assaulted yesterday between 3.30pm and 3.45pm on a footpath which runs along the beck at Stumps Cross in Guisborough.

The girl was approached by four youths aged between 13 and 14.

They pushed her onto the grass, and one of boys, who was wearing a plastic glove, wiped dog dity on her.

The boys, who were all wearing green jumpers, ran away from the scene.
