FRIENDS and relatives of a much-loved Hartlepool teenager will put on their glad rags for a fundraising night in her memory.
Men will wear smart suits and girls are set to impress in prom-style dresses for the event at Belle Vue Social Club, in Kendal Road.
It is in memory of Ellie-Mae Morgan who tragically died, aged 16, last October after a brave battle against Huntington’s Disease.
The event is being organised by Ellie-Mae’s aunties Mandy Slater and Julie Wass and cousins Kimberley, Eilish and Coleen Wass.
Mandy said: “Ellie loved dressing up herself and the princess theme so that’s why we have gone for a formal wear theme.
“All the money we raise will go to Huntington’s Disease Association. It’s such a cruel disease.

“As well as family and friends we have invited a lot of her friends from school.”
The night on Friday, May 8, will feature a disco and dancing by Charlotte Dickinson, one of Ellie-Mae’s best friends.
Mandy thanked all local businesses who have donated raffle prizes which include cash, meals, hampers, alcohol, toys and perfume. Tickets priced £5 are available from Mandy on 07837 632132 or Kimberley on 07835 199691.
