PUPILS at St Peter’s seem to like all the seasons for various reasons.

James Corrigan said: “My favourite season is summer because it’s warm and all your friends are playing outside and you can play a variety of sport including cricket and football.

“I only play cricket in the summer which is why I like it.”

Moran Hall said: “My favourite is winter because it’s the only time you get snow and I really like cold weather.

“When I play with my friends we can have loads of snowball fights and it’s really fun.”

Charlotte Lawson said she likes spring because you always get new life and new creatures.

“It’s the time when the animals come out and there’s new colours and there’s a freshness that makes me happy.”

Ava Olive said: “My favourite is autumn because I have horses and they eat too much grass in the summer and get fat. It’s too warm in the summer to go riding so that’s why I like autumn.”

Ben Taylor said: “My favourite is autumn because my birthday is in autumn and it’s colder weather and it’s leading up to December when it is really cold and Christmas is on the way”

Hal Wright said he likes spring because it’s getting warmer and summer is on the way. “I get the chance to play cricket which I like.”
