Emergency services respond after two lorries involved in crash on motorway

Emergency services were called after two lorries collided on a stretch of motorway.

The two articulated lorries were involved in a crash on the A689 between Sedgefield and Bradbury.

One of the drivers was trapped in his vehicle leading to ambulance and fire fighters being called to the scene.

Durham Police said there were no reports of injuries in the incident.

The vehicles have been cleared from the road.
