A MAN will appear before a judge accused of aiming to sell cocaine.
Darren King, 28, has been charged with possessing up to 700 worth of the class A drug on September 12 last year with the intent to supply it to others.
He appeared at Hartlepool Magistrates' Court where he did not enter a plea and town justices deemed it too serious an offence to stay in their court.
King, of Gilberti Place, Hartlepool, will be back in the town's court on March 19 to be committed to Teesside Crown Court.
He was granted unconditional bail until then.
