CHILDREN and young people with disabilities are being invited on a half-term adventure.
Durham County Council’s Children’s Network provides information, events and tips for young people in east Durham with disabilities from birth to 19.
Becoming a member also offers discounts for activities throughout the school holidays.
The network is offering fun days out this half-term break with a family bowling day at AMF Washington, on October 24, a Halloween party at Playshack, in Shildon, on October 25 and rock-climbing at The Climbing Centre, in Meadowfield, on October 26.
The days out are open to Children’s Network members only.
To join, register online at www.durham.gov.uk/childrensnetwork or call (0191) 3834438 to request a registration form.
