EARLY details have been revealed of this year’s Hartlepool fireworks show.
Seaton Carew will once again be the base for the free event which promises hours of entertainment at the south shelter, clock tower and seafront.
This year’s theme is Harry Potter and the show takes place on Saturday, November 5.
One of the most popular displays in the North East, which always attracts a crowd of thousands, starts from 4pm with stalls and funfair rides for the children.
The entertainment will start at 5pm and the firework display gets under way at 6.30pm.
Last year’s event saw hundreds of people head to the seafront to watch the annual Bonfire Night extravaganza which had a tall ships theme to tie in with The Tall Ships Races during the summer that saw millions of visitors descend on the town.
This year, a Park and Ride shuttle service will once again be available and more details are available by contacting Hartlepool’s Tourist Information Centre, in Church Square, on (01429) 869706.
