Tickets are selling fast for a dance school’s summer showcase.
But there are still some left for the JLM Dance event which will be held in early July at the Owton Manor Social Club in Hartlepool from 5pm to 10pm on Saturday, July 2.
It will also include the dance school’s presentation ceremony, with trophies to students who have done well in examinations as well as special awards.
But the school’s founder Jemma Mudd said this would be the last year where the two events would be held on the same night, because each was so popular.
The show lasts for two hours and is based around hit music. “It will be songs that are really well known,” said Jemma. “We have sold around 170 tickets but there are still some left.”
Tickets are £9 for adults and £7 for children.
The show will feature students aged from 18 months to over 50 years and organisers said it would “ definitely get your toe tapping with upbeat, emotional and passionate songs that the students will perform to throughout.”
