It’s almost time for a good scare - but how are you going to celebrate Halloween?

The spookiest time of the year has almost rolled around again – and there’s plenty going on for ghouls, goblins and ghosts of all ages.

If you’re just in the market for a spot of trick or treating, or if you fancy a wild night out in the region, check out our list of what’s on in the North East this Halloween.

There are a wide range of free to enter and paid for events, so there should be something for each budget too.

So get the face paint in, carve the pumpkin and stock up on the sweets – it’s nearly time!
