RESIDENTS had the chance to have their say at a De Bruce ward surgery last week.

People met their ward councillors and police community support officers and took the opportunity to air any concerns.

There are a number of other ward surgeries coming up in the town.

Headland and Harbour residents can attend a meeting at Burbank Community Centre, in Burbank Street on Friday, May 3 from 5.30pm-6.30pm.

Labour councillors Jim Ainslie, Peter Jackson and Robbie Payne are all expected to attend.

A Hart ward surgery will also take place next month.

The meeting will take place at the Gillen Arms, in Clavering Road on Saturday, May 4, from 10am-11am.

Labour councillors Jean Robinson and Paul Beck and independent councillor Keith Fisher are expected to attend.

Everyone is welcome at both of the meetings.
