Hartlepool cancer sufferers told: '˜You're not alone'

Even more help is at hand for Hartlepool people facing a fight with cancer.

The Cancer Support Group based at the West View Advice Centre in Miers Avenue has had its funding extended.

Its support group meets every fortnight on a Tuesday from 10.30am to 11.30am at the centre. Contact (01429) 271275 (option 4) to find out the time of the next session.

Help is also available for people with cancer who are needing financial advice.

Appointments are offered in venues across Hartlepool, Stockton and in the home if necessary.

And support is also on offer so that people don’t have to face cancer alone.
