THESE little cuties are waiting to make friends with more youngsters.
A host of fun awaits kids who go along to the play group at the nursery within St Joseph’s Primary School, in Musgrave Walk, off Huckelhoven Way, in Hartlepool, which would like to see more children attend.
The group is held every Tuesday, from 1pm-3pm and is jam-packed with a host of fun activities to keep the little ones entertained.
The free sessions were set up in September last year and are open to youngsters aged from birth to three years old and their parents, carers and other family members.
They are run by Pam Maughan and are open to children from all over Hartlepool, not just the immediate Burbank area.
Activities include play featuring sand and water, sensory toys, a dinosaur display featuring a cave and an outdoor play area with slides, toys and cars.
School secretary Lisa Allen said: “We have been running our play group for children aged from birth to three since last September and we would love some more to come and join us.
“Everybody is welcome and there is lots for little ones to see and do.
“It’s nice that children who will be coming to the nursery can come and get familiar with the building and make new friends.
“But it is not just for families from the local area – they can come from anywhere in the town. We really want more people in.
“Some of the people that come are friends of the school, but we would encourage more to come along and join in our fun and friendly group.”
