Arts and crafts activities at Hartlepool Central Library have proved popular with families during the school holidays.
The junior library has been holding a series of free activities for children of different ages every Monday to Thursday.
Youngsters had fun making a seaside-themed piece of art.
Tomorrow, there is a dinosaurs drop-in activity morning at the library, in York Road, between 10.30am and noon. Children of any age can join in.
The theme for the following week’s activity on Wednesday, August 26, is Butterflies and Bangles.
Library officer Jackie Johnson said: “The drop-in family activities have been really well attended.
“We have had a huge quantity of children and families come along as the holidays have progressed.
“It is a good opportunity for them to get together and everyone has enjoyed it.”
