4pm weather update: Rail services cancelled after landslide

A NUMBER of rail services have been cancelled after a landslide.

All services between Middlesbrough and Sunderland, including Hartlepool, have been cancelled after the landslide on the line between Hartlepool and Seaham.

Northern Rail has now arranged buses to replace the rail services which will be operating in Hartlepool from 4pm.

Grand Central services between London, Hartlepool and Sunderland are also affected with November 26 tickets available for use on Tuesday.
