A19 traffic warning for FA Cup replay
MOTORISTS are being urged to be patient as thousands of football fans are expected to delay traffic as they make their way to a big game tomorrow.
A convoy of coaches will make its way from Sunderland to Middlesbrough tomorrow night ahead of the FA Cup replay between the two sides at the Riverside Stadium.
Sunderland have put on free coach travel for their 4,200 travelling fans, and the convoy will leave the Stadium of Light between 5pm-6pm.
Police are warning drivers to be prepared for delays on the A19 southbound and say the speed of the coaches may vary.
